Compared to the movie- and cartoon-world, the comic book-world did a much better job at representing redheads. The inventors of comics and their superheroes/ villains probably found out about the rare and relatively unknown redhead gene and took advantage of it. Cause since we’re mutants already, why not give us some superpowers too.
